Our client who is a well respected and influential Training and Development Charity is looking for a Work Placement Advisor to work within the Advice and Guidance project team.

The role will be visiting learners out on work placement to conduct welfare visits, negotiating employment for the learners and provide moving on support to learners after they have left their course to ensure they secure a positive progression into employment, further education or further training.

You are either looking for a new challenge or are an experienced individual with experience working within advice & guidance or a career setting

Essential

Previous experience of working with disadvantaged and hard to reach young people
Experience of successful employer engagement would be advantage.
An NVQ in Advice & Guidance is desirable
Positive, Personal & Great communicator
Car and Driving Licence is a must
